Risk Management

The Corporate Planning Department oversees company-wide risk, while the Internal Audit Office, reporting directly to the President, serves as a check function. Risk-related matters are discussed at monthly Management Committee meetings. On the quality front, the company has obtained ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO14001 certifications, and on the legal/regulatory front, it has established a Compliance Committee and an external whistleblowing hotline.

Dividend policy clarified based on the medium-term management plan (FY2025–FY2027, ending March 2027). A minimum annual dividend of ¥40 has been set, with a target consolidated payout ratio of 25% by FY2027 (ending March 2027). For FY2025 (ending March 2025), the annual dividend is expected to be ¥40 per share (interim ¥20, year-end ¥20 planned), with a consolidated payout ratio of 35.8%.

ESG

The company is advancing ESG initiatives centered on human capital management, including workplace environment improvements such as free-address seating and telework, talent development through tiered training, e-learning, and mentoring programs, and certification as a "Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization" in March 2025. ESG indicators and targets are currently being formulated by a working team led by the Corporate Planning Department, and unified numerical targets have not yet been established at this time.
