Governance
As a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, the Board of Directors consists of 7 members (4 internal, 3 outside), with an outside director ratio of approximately 43%. ESG
With the purpose of "building communities where all generations, from children to the elderly, are connected," the company positions human resource development as its most critical management issue. At its main subsidiary Miahelsa Co., Ltd., the ratio of women in management positions has reached 46.2%, the male childcare leave uptake rate stands at 100%, and the gender wage gap ratio is 85.3%. Quantitative disclosures related to climate change have not yet been made at this time.
