Risk Management

Department heads report and monitor risks to management on a regular basis through weekly executive and management meetings. Under the risk management regulations, in the event of an emergency, the President and Representative Director serves as the Chief Risk Management Officer and organizes a Risk Management Committee. The Internal Audit Office (2 members) is responsible for early risk identification and self-cleansing functions, and shares information regularly with the Audit & Supervisory Board Members and the accounting auditor.

Shareholder Returns

The basic policy is stable and continuous profit distribution to shareholders. For FY2026 (ending July 2026), an annual dividend of ¥28 is planned, consisting of an interim dividend of ¥14 and a year-end dividend of ¥14 (forecast). This represents an increase from the previous fiscal year's annual dividend of ¥24. In addition, in June 2026 the company resolved to acquire treasury shares up to a maximum of 106,700 shares and ¥300,147,100.

Under the vision that "dual-income and child-rearing families are Japan's source of growth," the company has achieved a female managerial ratio of 79% (target: maintain 50% or more through end of 2029) and a male childcare leave uptake rate of 100% (target: 50% or more by end of 2025). It is advancing human capital investment through the development of an early childhood education program in collaboration with the University of Tokyo Graduate School, and the establishment of "Hataraku Mirai Soudanshitsu," a mental care consultation office specialized for nursery staff. On the environmental side, each nursery practices waste material utilization, use of soap recycled from waste oil, and promotion of recycling activities, providing environmental education from early childhood.
