Governance
Transitioned to a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee in June 2024. The Board of Directors consists of 7 members (4 of whom are outside directors), and the executive officer system separates supervision from execution. A Nomination and Compensation Committee (chaired by an independent outside director) has been established to enhance transparency.
Risk Management
The Corporate Planning Division serves as the supervising department, operating in accordance with the Risk Management Regulations. Each department identifies risks in a bottom-up manner, which are quantitatively evaluated using a heat map, and important risks are selected by the Risk and Compliance Committee, with a system in place for reporting to the Board of Directors.
Shareholder Returns
Policy of continuing dividend payments while comprehensively considering growth investment and business performance. The year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥10 per share (total ¥147 million, payout ratio 3.9%), and ¥15 per share is planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). Share buybacks are also being continued (acquisition amount for the current period: ¥2,001 million).

ESG
In December 2021, the company formulated a sustainability policy, incorporating five materiality items into its medium-term management plan and driving a PDCA cycle. It is addressing climate change response (power-saving bonding, infrared sensing, etc.) and human capital enhancement (development of diverse human resources, health management) as its top priorities. It discloses a male childcare leave uptake rate of 71.4% and a female ratio among management positions of 5.5%.
