Governance

Risk Management

Dividend Policy

For the next fiscal period, FY2026 (ending December 2026) (a nine-month transition period resulting from the change in fiscal year-end), an annual dividend of ¥200 (¥100 at the end of the first quarter + ¥100 at year-end) is forecast, with each payment consisting of an ordinary dividend of ¥75 and a special dividend of ¥25. Subject to approval of the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2026, the fiscal year-end will be changed from March 31 to December 31. The record date for the interim dividend will also be changed from September 30 to June 30.
ESG
In March 2023, the company established a Sustainability Committee under the Executive Officers' Committee. It has calculated GHG emissions (Scope 1: 19.6 thousand tons, Scope 2: 334 thousand tons, total 354 thousand tons) and obtained third-party assurance. Regarding human capital, the company discloses a female hiring ratio of 14.8% (target of 25% for FY2028, ending March 2028) and a three-year retention rate of 80.4% for new graduate and mid-career hires (target of 80%).
