Against the target of reducing GHG emissions (Scope 1 & 2) by 42% by FY2030 (versus FY2022 levels), the company achieved a 30.2% reduction as of FY2024 (71.9% achievement rate). The company promotes climate-related disclosure in line with the TCFD recommendations, with monthly monitoring by the CSR Committee. In terms of human capital, the company has achieved a 23% ratio of women in global management positions and over 50% of foreign nationals in senior management positions, advancing diversity initiatives.
