Pursuant to a resolution at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 25, 2026, a dividend of ¥28 per share of common stock (total dividends of ¥50,814 million) was paid from retained earnings, with a record date of December 31, 2025 and an effective date of March 30, 2026. On climate change response, the company has set SBT-certified GHG reduction targets (Scope 1+2: 38% reduction by 2030, carbon neutrality by 2050) and discloses scenario analysis in line with TCFD recommendations. In human capital, the company achieved a female representation ratio on the Board of Directors of 33.3% (target: 30% or higher) and a female ratio among new graduate hires in Japan of 22.0% (target: 20% or higher). In January 2025, the company newly established a Sustainability Unit (SU) and reorganized the Audit Committee into the Audit and Sustainability Committee, strengthening the ESG governance structure. The company conducts human rights due diligence annually and is also promoting requests to Scope 3 suppliers to set reduction targets.
