ESG
In response to climate change, the company supports the TCFD recommendations and has set targets to reduce Scope 1+2 CO₂ emissions by 46.2% by FY2030 (versus FY2019) and to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. On the human capital front, the company achieved a female manager ratio of 9.2% (surpassing its 9% target), a 100% male employee childcare leave uptake rate, and certification as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (White 500) for nine consecutive years, advancing ESG initiatives aligned with VISION2030.
