The company supports the TCFD recommendations and is promoting contributions to carbon neutrality, the expansion of EV charging infrastructure, and the use of renewable energy. In terms of human capital, it has established a Diversity Promotion Committee and rolled out various diversity initiatives, including obtaining Eruboshi 3-star certification and a Gold rating on the PRIDE Index, and has set targets of a 5% ratio of female managers and an 85% male childcare leave uptake rate, both by March 2031.
