Strategic risks are deliberated by management executives at the "Supreme Management Council" and the "Executive Officers' Meeting," while financial reporting and operational risks are managed group-wide twice a year by the "Business Ethics and Risk Management Committee." The results are reported to the "Internal Control Committee," chaired by the President and Representative Director & COO, with the Board of Directors providing oversight.

Policy of continuous dividend increases; FY2026 (ending March 2026) annual dividend of ¥340 (interim ¥165, year-end ¥175), payout ratio of 36.2%. FY2027 (ending March 2027) annual dividend of ¥360 planned (interim and year-end ¥180 each). As a subsequent event, resolved to conduct share buybacks totaling approximately ¥350.0 billion (ToSTNeT-3).

Under the "Environmental Vision 2050," the company has obtained SBTi Net-Zero target certification, and through FUSION30 aims to reduce Scope 1–3 emissions per unit of sales by 40% versus FY2022 and expand its emissions reduction contribution by 60 million t-CO2. In terms of human capital, the company has achieved the training of approximately 2,000 digital talent personnel through the "Daikin Information Technology College," and is targeting 3,500 such personnel globally by FY2030, while also promoting various initiatives to enable diverse talent to thrive, including extending the retirement age to 65 and building a global talent database.
