Risk Management

The Company has established Risk Management Regulations and an Information Security Policy, with a Risk Management Committee (chaired by the President and Representative Director, meeting four times a year) monitoring and managing company-wide risks. Sustainability-related risks are examined in greater detail by the Sustainability Committee, and a framework is in place whereby material risks are reported to and overseen by the Board of Directors.

Shareholder Returns

For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the company implemented an annual dividend of ¥14 per share (year-end ¥14; total dividends of ¥77 million). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), the annual dividend is planned to increase to ¥15 per share (interim ¥7, year-end ¥8). The dividend was maintained despite recording a net loss for the period. A small amount of treasury stock was repurchased (¥10 thousand).

Dividend Policy

The basic policy is to continue paying stable dividends, taking into comprehensive account the return of profits to shareholders and the enhancement of internal reserves, while considering future business development and strengthening of the management structure. Year-end dividends are paid once a year (resolved by the general meeting of shareholders). The articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be implemented by resolution of the Board of Directors. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), an annual dividend of ¥14 per share (year-end ¥14; total dividends of ¥77 million) was implemented.
