Risk Management

The Sustainability Promotion Department monitors ESG-related risks on a daily basis and reports regularly to the Board of Directors through Sustainability Committee meetings. Climate change risk is assessed under 1.5°C and 4°C scenarios, with the Board of Directors monitoring this at least semi-annually. The Export Control Committee also conducts security export control, and the company has established a Basic BCP Plan and implements supply chain due diligence (utilizing INTEGRITY NEXT). The Internal Audit Department (3 members), reporting directly to the President and Representative Director, conducts independent audits.

In response to climate change, the company promotes TCFD-compliant disclosure, has obtained SBT Net-Zero certification (targeting a 27.5% reduction in Scope 3 by 2030 and a 90% reduction across all Scopes by 2050), and has joined RE100 (targeting 100% renewable energy by 2040), while achieving CDP 2025 A List status in both the Climate Change and Water Security categories.
