The Company recognizes information leakage and compliance violations as key risks, and has established a personal information management and legal compliance framework with the Corporate Headquarters as the responsible department. It has set up an Information Security Committee to conduct operational monitoring based on its ISMS manual, and has also secured an advisory framework with external experts (physicians, attorneys, certified public accountants, tax accountants, etc.). A mechanism has been established to report to the Board of Directors when risks materialize.
