Risk Management

The company has established a Risk & Compliance Committee, chaired by the Risk Management Officer / Compliance Officer (the executive officer responsible for IR, ESG, and Legal Affairs), which implements BCM, business risk assessment, compliance measures, and handling of internal reports. Internal controls over financial reporting are managed by the J-SOX Committee, and a framework has been established to identify, assess, and respond to climate change risk through the ESG Committee.

The company aims for a progressive increase in the consolidated payout ratio to 30%, with a basic policy of stable, performance-linked dividends. The annual dividend for FY2025 (ended March 2025) was ¥50 per share (interim ¥13 + year-end ¥37). Dividend Policy

The basic policy is to aim for a progressive increase in the consolidated payout ratio to 30%, work to improve ROE, and, taking into account future business development and capital expenditure, provide stable, performance-linked returns to shareholders over the long term. The company has conducted 1.5°C and 4°C scenario analyses based on TCFD recommendations, targeting a 46% reduction in Scope 1+2 GHG emissions by FY2030 (versus FY2019) and carbon neutrality by FY2050. In terms of human capital, it has obtained the three-star "Eruboshi" certification and "Platinum Kurumin" certification, and continues to maintain a male childcare leave utilization rate of 90% or higher and a paid leave utilization rate of 90% or higher, actively promoting diversity and respect for human rights (including the formulation of the H-One Human Rights Policy).
