Risk Management

The company has established a Risk Management Committee based on its Risk Management Regulations, under which representatives from each business division and group company evaluate and discuss the likelihood and impact of risk events once a year, with the results reported to the Board of Directors. The Group Management Headquarters provides overall management of company-wide risks, and a coordination framework with retained legal counsel has also been put in place.

The company has set a target of reducing CO2 emissions (Scope 2) by 43% by FY2030 compared to FY2013 levels, and is promoting the installation of solar power generation, the utilization of renewable energy, and the adoption of LED lighting.
