Risk Management

The company has established check-and-balance functions based on its compliance regulations and manuals, and addresses legal risks through an advisory agreement with legal counsel. It has built a system in which company-wide risks are regularly assessed and managed at management meetings, with the results reported to the Board of Directors.

Shareholder Returns

Policy of stable and continuous profit distribution, maintaining dividends twice a year. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), annual dividend per share of ¥8.50 (interim ¥3.00 + year-end ¥5.50), payout ratio of 36.3%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an increase to an annual ¥9.00 (interim ¥3.00 + year-end ¥6.00) is planned. No share buybacks conducted.

Dividend Policy

The policy is to implement stable and continuous profit distribution while strengthening profitability and developing business infrastructure, taking into account the status of retained earnings, the business environment, and future business development. Given the financial strategy of allocating profits from the DX Real Estate Business to growth investment in the DX Promotion Business, strengthening the financial structure and building up retained earnings are also positioned as important issues. Retained earnings are allocated as funds for medium- to long-term business expansion. Dividends will continue to be paid twice a year (at the end of the second quarter and at fiscal year-end).
