Governance
As a company with a Board of Corporate Auditors, the company has established a Board of Directors, a Board of Corporate Auditors, and an Internal Audit Office to ensure transparency and fairness in management. It has set up an advisory committee (composed of 2 outside directors, 3 outside corporate auditors, and the President) regarding personnel and compensation matters for directors and executives, and also periodically conducts effectiveness evaluations of the Board of Directors.
Risk Management
The company has established a Risk Management Committee chaired by the President, and holds a "Risk Management/Compliance Committee" meeting twice a year to manage and control all business-related risks, including sustainability risks. Important matters are reported to the Board of Directors twice a year, and a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) has been formulated and is reviewed annually.
Shareholder Returns
The basic policy is to continue appropriate profit distribution based on a comprehensive assessment of business performance, payout ratio, and internal reserves. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), a year-end dividend of ¥18 per share was implemented (total dividends of ¥121 million, payout ratio of 28.4%). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), the dividend is planned to increase to ¥20 per share (payout ratio forecast of 29.9%). Disposal of treasury shares (¥12,187 thousand) was carried out.
Dividend Policy

ESG
As part of its climate change response, the company is promoting the development and sale of carbon-neutral contribution products (Industrial Furnaces "Freedom," "SU Furnace," "Elemax," etc.), while implementing the use of green electricity and carbon offset gas at its own plants. In terms of human capital, the company has identified organizational culture reform, diversity promotion, and human resource development as key priorities, and discloses metrics such as a female manager ratio of 7%, a male childcare leave uptake rate of 75%, and a stress check comprehensive risk value of 92 (FY2025 results).
