On the human capital front, the company has set a target of at least a 20% ratio of women among new hires by March 2026, and is promoting the hiring of women, mid-career recruitment, and continued employment systems. A framework has been established under which the Board of Directors oversees risks and opportunities related to sustainability as a whole.
