Business Details
This segment manufactures and sells Secondary Concrete Products (Manholes, Hume Pipes, Box Culverts, etc.), sells related products, and performs Installation Works for Secondary Concrete Products. With the resilient trend in public investment driven by national resilience initiatives and disaster prevention infrastructure development as the primary demand driver, this is the core segment, accounting for ¥30,028 million (approximately 64.5%) of the Group's total sales of ¥46,519 million in FY2026 (ending March 2026).
Recent Overview
Strong flood control projects and price revision effects drove an 11.6% increase in net sales, with improved profit margin.
In FY2026 (ending March 2026), in addition to the effect of price revisions, the composition ratio of high-value-added products remained at a high level. In particular, large-scale flood control projects performed well, and products such as seismic-resistant box culverts (SJ-BOX) and rainwater storage tanks increased their share of sales. As a result, net sales increased 11.6% year on year to ¥30,028 million, and segment profit increased 17.2% year on year to ¥6,341 million, with profitability also improving.
