Governance
The company is structured as a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, comprising 8 directors (including 3 Audit and Supervisory Committee members and 3 outside directors). Dividend Policy
The basic policy is to maintain a stable dividend, continuing a dividend of ¥10 per share. Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend (resolved at the shareholders' meeting). Actual results for FY2026 (ending March 2026) were ¥10 per share (total dividends of ¥108 million, payout ratio of 38.3%, dividend on net assets ratio of 1.0%). The forecast for FY2027 (ending March 2027) also plans to continue at ¥10 per share (forecast payout ratio of 180.9%). Retained earnings will be used to strengthen the management foundation and invest in business growth.

Under the banner of evolving into a "Life Care Company," the company has established six materiality themes, including strengthening human capital, addressing climate change, and ensuring supply chain sustainability. Regarding the ratio of female managers, the company targets approximately 10% by March 2030 and approximately 15% by March 2034, with the current figure standing at 8.3%.
