On climate change, the company has set a target to reduce Scope 1+2 emissions by 50% by FY2035 (ending July 2035), using FY2025 (ending July 2025) emissions of 154.0 tCO2 as the baseline. In terms of human capital, the company achieved a female manager ratio of 40.0% (FY2025, ending July 2025), a 100% maternity/childcare leave utilization rate for both men and women, certification as an Excellent Health Management Corporation 2025 (Kenko Keiei Yuryo Hojin), and obtained a 3-star Eruboshi certification. In August 2025, the company revised its personnel system to promote the appointment of diverse talent, including young employees and women, and to drive organizational transformation.
