Risk Management

Shareholder Returns

For FY2026 (ending March 2026), a dividend of ¥51 per share (interim ¥21, year-end ¥30) was implemented, an increase of ¥11 year-on-year. The payout ratio was 26.7%. ESG

Established the ESG Committee (chaired by Managing Director Mikie Okumura) and formulated policies on environment, health and safety, anti-corruption, and response to anti-social forces. In terms of human capital, the company discloses a female manager ratio of 23.4% (target: 30%), a male childcare leave utilization rate of 73.1% (target: 85%), and a paid leave utilization rate of 81.7% (target of 80% achieved). Regarding climate change, the company has judged the financial impact to be limited and has omitted setting targets at this time.
