Governance
The company operates under a Board of Corporate Auditors system, with a Board of Directors consisting of 6 directors (including 2 outside directors) and 3 corporate auditors (including 2 outside corporate auditors). Risk Management

The same ¥24 dividend is planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027) as well, continuing the policy target payout ratio of 30%. No share buybacks were conducted during the current fiscal year.
Dividend Policy
The basic policy is to provide stable, performance-backed returns over the long term, targeting a payout ratio of 30% or more. Dividends are paid twice a year in principle, as an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the interim dividend is ¥7 per share and the year-end dividend is ¥17 per share, for an annual total of ¥24 per share (payout ratio of 50.1%, total dividends of ¥72 million). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥24 per share (interim ¥7, year-end ¥17) is also planned (forecast payout ratio of 30.0%).
ESG
In April 2024, the company established its Basic Policy on Sustainability and launched the Sustainability Promotion Committee (comprising the Compliance Subcommittee and ESG Subcommittee). It is addressing human capital management, DX promotion, and the advancement of women in the workplace (female worker ratio of 34.9%; childcare leave utilization rate of 66.7%) as key priorities.
