ESG
The company has set a goal of reducing CO₂ emissions by 46% by 2030 compared to FY2013 levels (carbon neutrality target), and is promoting the introduction of energy-saving equipment and the spread of environmentally friendly products such as water-based paints. In terms of human resources, the company has set a target of raising the female employee ratio to 15% or higher (target for FY2027 (ending March 2027); most recent actual figure is 14.8%), and is also working to improve the workplace environment through the development of employee training programs, mental health measures, and promotion of paid leave utilization.
