The company has set four materialities as KPI2030: "Realizing Decarbonization," "Improving QOL," "Advancing the Balance of Resources and Economic Circulation," and "Becoming a Group Where Diverse Talent Thrives." It has established quantitative targets such as carbon neutrality by 2050, a 30% reduction in GHG emissions (by 2030, versus 2021), and a female ratio in management positions of 30% or more (by 2030), and is promoting information disclosure in support of the TCFD recommendations.
