Risk Management

Based on the Risk Management Regulations and Basic Risk Management Guidelines established in 2018, the company maintains a standing Risk Management Committee (meeting at least twice a year). In the event of a crisis, a crisis response headquarters is established for rapid response. Sustainability risks are assessed by the SDGs Promotion Committee, which formulates response policies and coordinates with the Risk Management Committee. Internal controls over financial reporting are managed by the Internal Control Committee, overseen by the CFO.

Stable dividend policy with one year-end dividend distribution annually. The FY2026 (ending March 2026) year-end dividend is ¥12.00 per share (total dividends of ¥198 million, payout ratio of 19.6%). Dividend Policy

The basic policy is to stably and continuously distribute a year-end dividend once per year as a distribution of surplus. The articles of incorporation stipulate that an interim dividend may be implemented by resolution of the Board of Directors. The FY2026 (ending March 2026) year-end dividend is ¥12.00 per share (total dividends of ¥198 million, payout ratio of 19.6%, dividend on equity ratio of 2.8%). For the previous period (FY2025, ended March 2025), the actual dividend amount before the stock split was ¥23.00 per share (total dividends of ¥185 million, payout ratio of 19.3%).
