Promoting ESG management under the corporate philosophy of 'Good for people, good for society, good for the future.' On the environmental front, the company is targeting a reduction of CO2 emissions (per ton of product) by 50% or more compared to 2006 levels by 2030 (2025 actual: 33.7% reduction), promoting the switch to RSPO-certified palm oil (approximately 24.4% of 2025 purchase volume), and promoting the switch to natural refrigerants. On the social front, the ratio of female managers stands at 11.3% (already exceeding the end-2027 target of 9.5% or more), the male childcare leave uptake rate is 100% (averaging 46.6 days), the employment rate of persons with disabilities is 2.42%, and the company has obtained PRIDE Index 2025 Gold certification.
