Risk Management
Based on the "Crisis Management Regulations," risks are identified, assessed, and managed by the Crisis Management Committee, chaired by the President, and its subordinate committees (the Compliance Promotion Council, the Information Security Committee, etc.). In the event of an emergency, a task force is established based on the BCP to minimize damage.
Shareholder Returns
Dividends are determined based on a target DOE of approximately 1.5% or a consolidated payout ratio in the 40% range, whichever is higher. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the dividend per share is ¥33 (up ¥10 year on year, total dividends of ¥111 million, payout ratio of 44.9%). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥45 is planned, including a commemorative dividend of ¥15. During the current fiscal year, the company repurchased ¥176 million of treasury shares.
Dividend Policy
The dividend amount is determined based on whichever is higher: a target consolidated dividend on equity ratio (DOE) of approximately 1.5%, or a target consolidated payout ratio in the 40% range. The basic policy is to pay dividends once a year (year-end dividend) or twice a year including an interim dividend. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), a year-end dividend of ¥33 per share was implemented (total dividends of ¥111 million, payout ratio of 44.9%, DOE of 2.1%). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥45 is planned, consisting of an interim dividend of ¥15 (commemorative dividend) and a year-end dividend of ¥30 (ordinary dividend).
ESG
The company positions human capital as its most important asset, developing a range of diverse working arrangements including hierarchical training programs, a senior personnel system, permission for side jobs, and flextime. It has achieved a consolidated paid leave utilization rate of 82.0% and a male childcare leave utilization rate of 84.6%, both significantly exceeding targets. The company has also obtained quality (ISO9001) and information security (ISO/IEC27001, Privacy Mark) certifications, and continues to promote contributions to a safe and secure society through the development of social infrastructure.
