ESG

Sustainability initiatives are discussed at management meetings headed by the Representative Director. The company positions human capital as its most important priority, and has established new graduate recruitment (targeting around 3 hires per year), OJL-centered talent development, a discretionary labor system for specialized positions, and childcare support programs, though quantitative indicators and targets have not yet been set. The company recognizes the low ratio of female managers and the lack of diversity in its recruitment pool as challenges.
