Recent Overview

Net sales and profit reached record highs for the eighth consecutive fiscal period since the company's founding

In FY2026 (ending March 2026), the company achieved net sales of ¥5,238 million (up 6.1% year on year), operating income of ¥1,189 million (up 18.5%), and net income attributable to owners of parent of ¥778 million (up 26.0%), setting record highs across all major indicators. Growth was driven by an increase in referrals from Nifty Fudousan and the expansion of the wellness category app. The company formulated a new vision toward FY2030 (ending March 2030), "Becoming a company that supports decision-making in the era of the 100-year life," and as the first year of its medium-term management plan, promoted investment in human capital, internal environment improvements, and generative AI initiatives. The annual dividend was significantly increased from ¥32 in the prior period to ¥59 (payout ratio of 48.2%).

service
SEO Consulting / AIO Consulting

The company is actively responding to the rise of generative AI and has expanded its AIO consulting services. This is expected to drive medium- to long-term growth in the WORK STYLE domain.

Growth Drivers

  • Continued UI/UX improvements of the Nifty Fudousan app and expansion of referral volume through enhanced recommendation functions utilizing generative AI in the housing category of the LIFE STYLE domain
  • Active expansion of the renovation (prime contractor) service "Gaiheki Tosou no Madoguchi Renovation Studio" based on the general construction business license obtained in September 2025, and expansion of the number of partner stores
  • Increase in downloads following the renewal of the Nifty Onsen app, strengthening of the membership base, and deepening of value provision tailored to user attributes
  • Expansion of business areas in both the LIFE STYLE and WORK STYLE domains and active use of M&A and alliances based on the medium-term management plan (FY2026 (ending March 2026) to FY2030 (ending March 2030))
  • Strengthening of service competitiveness through responses to the generative AI era (AIO consulting service expansion, UI/UX improvements, etc.)

Risks

  • Risk of sales concentration on major customers (Recruit, LIFULL, AT HOME), with the top three companies accounting for approximately 57.8% of net sales combined
  • Risk of business performance fluctuation depending on the presence or absence of large-scale spot projects in the WORK STYLE domain
  • Impact on the housing category from a slowdown in consumers' willingness to purchase real estate amid rising real estate prices
  • Risk of amortization burden related to goodwill and customer-related assets arising from M&A (goodwill balance of ¥874 million, customer-related asset balance of ¥440 million)
  • Risk of structural changes and uncertainty in the internet advertising and SEO market due to the rise of generative AI
  • Risk of deterioration in the domestic economic environment due to global uncertainties such as U.S. policy trends and geopolitical risks
