The company transitioned from a company with a board of corporate auditors to a company with an audit and supervisory committee in June 2025. It consists of 10 directors (5 of whom are outside directors), and ensures fairness and transparency in decision-making by establishing a voluntary nomination and compensation committee (chaired by an outside director).
Risk Management
The CSR & ESG Promotion Division works in coordination with committees covering financial reporting, environment, safety and health, chemical substance management, export control, quality control, information management, and harassment prevention to comprehensively assess and manage company-wide risks. Under the direction of the President and Representative Director, each director and executive officer with assigned responsibilities addresses risk management, and a system is in place to regularly report the results to the Board of Directors.
