Risk Management

The company has established its "Risk Management Regulations," under which the Risk Management Committee, centered on the Board of Directors, deliberates on risk issues and countermeasures across the Group and reports to the Board of Directors on a regular basis. It has also established a Compliance Committee, an internal whistleblowing system, and an Internal Audit Office, and is working to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and the effectiveness of internal controls.

Shareholder Returns

The basic policy is to maintain stable dividends, and for FY2026 (ending March 2026), a dividend of ¥60 per share (ordinary dividend of ¥30 plus a commemorative dividend of ¥30 for the 100th anniversary of founding) will be paid. Payout ratio is 43.6%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), the dividend is expected to return to the ordinary dividend of ¥30. Share buybacks are also being continued.

Dividend Policy
