In addition to introducing TCFD-aligned scenario analysis and an internal carbon price (US$85/t-CO2e), the company has set and is advancing KPIs for human capital and social aspects, including improving the ratio of female employees to 20.8% and the ratio of female managers to 16.7%, and achieving a 100% compliance training completion rate.
