Governance
The company has an Audit & Supervisory Board structure (transitioned in September 2024). Dividend Policy

In December 2023, the Board of Directors determined seven materiality items (Environmentally Harmonious Infrastructure Development, Contribution to Local Communities, Disaster Support, Human Resource Development, Climate Change Response, Governance Enhancement, and Workplace Environment Improvement). The company has set forth human resource policies such as promoting diversity and work-life balance, and aims to contribute to the achievement of the SDGs.
