Risk Management

During the fiscal year under review, the Company formulated its Basic Policy on Sustainability. The Board of Directors functions as the highest decision-making body for sustainability matters, deliberating on risks and opportunities in coordination with the Compliance and Risk Committee. In terms of human capital, the Company is promoting the development of young employees, employment of persons with disabilities, and the cultivation of a flat organizational culture, although quantitative indicators and targets have not yet been established at this stage.
