Risk Management
The company has established various committees such as the Group Compliance Committee, Personal Information Protection Committee, and Information Security Committee, centered on the Administration Division. The SRA Group Risk Management Committee organizes management risks into three categories (Sales & Development, Procedures & Systems, and Stakeholders), with weekly follow-up by working groups, and reports to the Board of Directors once a year.
Shareholder Returns
Annual dividends for FY2026 (ending March 2026) are ¥200 per share (interim ¥90 + year-end ¥110), with total dividends of ¥2,526 million and a payout ratio of 45.1%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend of ¥220 per share (interim ¥100 + year-end ¥120) is planned, with an expected payout ratio of 50.5%. The company maintains a policy of continuing stable, high dividends, determining the dividend amount after taking into account one-off gains/losses such as foreign exchange gains/losses.
Dividend Policy
The company aims for stable, high dividends with a target payout ratio of around 50%. In cases where net income attributable to owners of the parent fluctuates due to unrealized gains/losses such as foreign exchange gains/losses, the dividend amount will be determined taking such effects into account (dividend policy announced on October 18, 2022). Dividends of surplus are determined flexibly by resolution of the Board of Directors.
ESG
The company has established a governance framework in which the executive officer responsible for sustainability reports annually to the Board of Directors based on five materiality themes: climate change response (participation in JISA's low-carbonization plan, a 21.8% reduction in electricity usage compared to FY2020, and a 48% reduction through paperless initiatives), human capital (179 AI certification holders in FY2025 with a target of 200 in FY2026, a 100% male childcare leave uptake rate, and a 48% telework ratio), and respect for human rights and diversity promotion (establishment of a group hotline and acquisition of Eruboshi and Kurumin certifications).
