Risk information is collected from each department and group company, and policies are communicated at manager meetings, with important matters addressed by the Board of Directors. The company has obtained three certifications—ISO9001 (Quality), ISO27001 (Information Security), and ISO14001 (Environment)—and the ISO Secretariat operates an integrated management system. An Information Security Steering Committee (12 members) has been established to conduct risk assessments, formulate response plans, perform internal audits, and provide employee training.

The company promotes resource and energy conservation under ISO14001 certification, and addresses food safety and environmental contribution through IT-enabled Smart Agriculture (i-Agriculture®). In terms of human capital, it promotes telework and dual-life balance, expands the hiring of women, foreign nationals, and mid-career staff, and achieved a 100% take-up rate for male employee childcare leave (period ended July 2025). Through BCP formulation, the company has established a system enabling 80% or more of employees to work from home in emergencies. Quantitative KPIs and target figures remain under consideration.
