Risk Management

The Company has established a Risk Management Regulation and built a framework in which the Representative Director serves as Chief Risk Management Officer and the head of the administrative division serves as Risk Management Officer. When a risk materializes, a countermeasure headquarters headed by the Representative Director is established to respond. A framework has also been put in place to report and deliberate on sustainability-related risks at the Board of Directors.

Shareholder Returns

For the fiscal year ended February 2026, a year-end dividend of ¥30 per share (¥30 annually) was paid. The dividend forecast for FY2027 (ending February 2027) is undecided at this time. A stock-granting ESOP trust was introduced in April 2026, and 300,000 treasury shares have already been allocated as employee incentives.
