Risk Management

The Risk Management Committee and Compliance Committee, chaired by the Representative Director and President, are held quarterly, and a framework based on the Risk Management Regulations and Compliance Regulations has been established. In the event of a major risk occurrence, a system is in place to establish an Emergency Response Headquarters headed by the Representative Director and President.

Shareholder Returns

Newly adopted a target payout ratio of 35% and a progressive dividend policy. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), a dividend of ¥42.50 per share (total dividends of ¥1,259 million) will be implemented. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend of ¥45.00 per share is forecast. Share buybacks and disposals of treasury stock are also being conducted.

Dividend Policy

The basic policy is to pay dividends targeting a payout ratio of 35%, and to continuously increase the total dividend amount in line with improvements in corporate value. Based on the "Notice Regarding Revision of Dividend Forecast (Dividend Increase) and Change of Dividend Policy (Introduction of Progressive Dividend)" announced on May 15, 2026, a progressive dividend policy has been introduced. The basic policy is to pay dividends once a year at fiscal year-end, and the Articles of Incorporation stipulate that dividends may be determined by resolution of the Board of Directors. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), a dividend of ¥42.50 per share (total dividends of ¥1,259 million, payout ratio of 35.1%) will be implemented. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend of ¥45.00 per share (payout ratio of 35.1%) is forecast. Note that a 3-for-1 stock split of common shares was implemented effective October 1, 2025, and the ¥98.50 dividend for FY2025 (ended March 2025) represents the actual dividend amount before the split.

ESG

The Sustainability Committee, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, meets quarterly to promote ESG and CSR activities. On the human capital front, the company has set a target of achieving an e-learning completion rate of 95% or higher, has achieved a 100% childcare leave take-up rate for both men and women, and aims to have 8 or more female managers by FY2028 (ending March 2028), reflecting its efforts toward workforce diversity and health management.
