As part of its climate change response, the company conducts scenario analysis in line with TCFD, targeting a 42% reduction in Scope 1+2 emissions by 2030 versus 2023 (in line with the SBT 1.5°C scenario) and net zero by 2050 (SBT near-term targets were certified in 2025). In terms of human capital, the company has set targets for the ratio of female managers by 2030 (10% on a non-consolidated basis and 12% on a consolidated basis) and is promoting DE&I, and has been certified as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (White 500) for eight consecutive years.
