ESG
The company has designated the four domains of CN, CE, NP, and WL as priority sustainability areas, setting a non-financial KPI of a 35% reduction in GHG emissions (versus FY2013, targeted for FY2035). In terms of human capital, priority initiatives focus on developing R&D, digital, and global talent, and a governance framework has been established whereby the Board of Directors receives reports on sustainability-related matters at least once a year and provides oversight.
