Risk Management

Dividend Policy

Dividend amounts are determined with stable dividends in mind, taking into account business performance and other factors. The basic policy is to pay dividends twice a year: an interim dividend (record date: May 31 each year) and a year-end dividend. For FY2026 (ending November 2026), the interim dividend is planned at ¥5.50 per share (scheduled dividend payment commencement date: August 3, 2026), and the year-end dividend is also planned at ¥5.50, bringing the annual total to ¥11.00. The actual results for the previous fiscal year (FY2025, ended November 2025) were also an annual total of ¥11.00 (¥5.50 interim, ¥5.50 year-end). The company positions the realization of a circular society through its motorcycle reuse business at the core of its ESG strategy, disclosing concrete metrics and targets on both climate change (scenario analysis of transition and physical risks, GHG reduction measures) and human capital (ratio of female managers at 8.2%, exceeding the target of 8% or higher; male employee childcare leave uptake rate at 96.3%, exceeding the target of 50% or higher). Disclosure of GHG emissions by Scope is planned to be advanced going forward in line with the TCFD framework.
