Risk Management

The company has established a Risk & Compliance Committee (comprising 6 members, meeting once per quarter) reporting directly to the President and Representative Director, which identifies and evaluates risks and formulates countermeasures. When a risk materializes, a response headquarters is set up, and a framework is in place to coordinate with external specialists such as attorneys. Sustainability-related risks are also managed in accordance with the same regulations.

The company has continued to pay no dividends since its founding, prioritizing growth investment. Going forward, it plans to consider dividends taking into account business results, financial condition, and the status of business infrastructure development, but the timing of implementation remains undetermined. Although a formal sustainability basic policy has not yet been established, the company positions the use of HD Maps for disaster prevention/mitigation and the provision of fuel-efficient routes as business opportunities. On the human capital front, the company upholds the "GIFT!" values and is advancing environmental improvements such as an OKR evaluation system, flextime, full remote work, and no-overtime days. Specific ESG indicators and targets are currently under development and have not yet been disclosed.
