Through "cotta tomorrow," a joint initiative with Fuji Oil, the company is promoting the popularization of plant-based foods to reduce environmental impact. In terms of human capital, it is working on hiring regardless of gender or age, supporting autonomous career development, and diversifying work styles. However, quantitative indicators and targets related to human resource diversity and human capital have not yet been set.
