Company with a Board of Corporate Auditors. Composed of 13 directors (including 6 outside directors) and 4 corporate auditors (including 2 outside corporate auditors). Risk Management

For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥50.0 (payout ratio expected to be 35.7%) is planned.
Dividend Policy
Under the "Medium-Term Management Plan 2030," the basic policy is to maintain a payout ratio of 35% or more and continue progressive dividends through FY2028 (ending March 2028). The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥48.0 per share (interim ¥22.0 + year-end ¥26.0), with total dividends of ¥34,550 million and a payout ratio of 35.4%. The year-end dividend has been increased by ¥3.5 per share from the previous forecast. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an interim dividend of ¥25.0 and a year-end dividend of ¥25.0, totaling an annual dividend of ¥50.0 (payout ratio of 35.7%), is planned.
ESG
Promoting climate- and nature-related disclosures aligned with the TCFD and TNFD recommendations, the company targets an 80% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by FY2030 (ending March 2031) and net zero by 2050. Tokyu Fudosan became the first domestic operating company to achieve RE100 status (certified in April 2024). In human capital initiatives, the company is pursuing multifaceted measures such as raising the ratio of female managers to 20% or more (FY2030 target), developing 10,000 DX personnel, and promoting DE&I.
