The Sustainability Committee, established in September 2021, promotes ESG management and addresses priority SDGs items (hunger, education, growth and employment, production and consumption, and marine resources). The company has been certified as an Excellent Health & Productivity Management Corporation (Large Enterprise Category) for five consecutive years, achieving a 10.6% ratio of female managers and a 100% rate of male employees taking childcare leave. It is also focusing on marine resource conservation through sixth-sector industrialization, including the nationwide rollout of fully land-based aquaculture-raised salmon.
