Risk Management

The Risk Management Committee, chaired by the Representative Director and President, is convened at least twice a year to determine company-wide risk assessments and countermeasure policies. The Sustainability Promotion Task Team, operated by the Sustainability Promotion Department, identifies and evaluates sustainability-related risks based on scenario analysis, reports to the Risk Management Committee, and integrates these findings into company-wide risk management. A framework has been established to set up a task force led by the Representative Director and President in the event of an emergency.

The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending November 2026) is maintained at ¥132 per share (interim ¥66 + year-end ¥66 planned). This continues the same annual dividend amount as the previous fiscal year's actual results (interim ¥50 + year-end ¥82 = ¥132). No share buyback or shareholder benefit program has been confirmed.

The annual dividend forecast for FY2026 (ending November 2026) is ¥132 per share (interim ¥66 + year-end ¥66), maintaining the same amount as the previous fiscal year's annual dividend of ¥132 (interim ¥50 + year-end ¥82). The company has established six materiality themes including "Providing Safe and Secure Food," "Reducing Environmental Impact," and "Respect for Human Rights and Diversity," and conducts GHG disclosure in line with TCFD (Scope 1+2 total 3,467 tCO2, Scope 3 total 1,888,472 tCO2, FY2024 (ending November 2024)). With carbon neutrality by 2050 as its target, the company has achieved a 21.3% female manager ratio (target of 30% or more by 2030) and a 100% male childcare leave uptake rate. It has established and published a Human Rights Policy, Sustainable Procurement Policy, and other policies, and manages FSSC22000 certification acquisition and maintenance at overseas production sites as a KPI.
