Risk Management

The Risk Management Committee meets twice a year, with department heads including directors participating to identify risks. The Internal Audit Office (reporting directly to the President) audits the risk management status of each department and regularly reports the results to the Audit & Supervisory Board Members and the Board of Directors. The Company has also established systems for food hygiene management (regular hygiene inspections and food poisoning prevention) and legal risk response through a contract with legal counsel (an attorney).
