Risk Management

Dividend Policy

ESG
The Board of Directors bears oversight responsibility for sustainability risks and opportunities, and addresses environmental, social, and governance issues based on the "Code of Conduct," "Management Philosophy," and other principles. Human resource development centers on OJT (on-the-job training), with feedback provided through individual interviews, and the company is advancing efforts to create an environment in which diverse talent, including women and mid-career hires, can thrive. Quantitative targets for ensuring diversity have not yet been set and remain under ongoing discussion by the Board of Directors.
