Dividend Policy
The basic policy is to pay dividends twice yearly—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend—targeting a consolidated payout ratio of approximately 20%. While securing internal reserves for future business development and strengthening the company's financial foundation, profit distribution is carried out in line with business performance. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the annual dividend is planned at ¥106 (interim ¥53 + year-end ¥53, up ¥2 year-on-year, payout ratio of 21.2%). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a further increase to an annual dividend of ¥108 (interim ¥54 + year-end ¥54) is planned (forecast payout ratio of 20.3%).
ESG
Based on TCFD recommendations, the company conducted scenario analyses for 1.5°C and 4°C pathways and set a target to reduce GHG emissions (Scope 1+2) by 42% by FY2030 compared to FY2022 levels. Actual results for FY2025 were 2,425 t-CO2 (a 19% reduction versus FY2022). The reduction contribution through the reuse business reached 58,337 t-CO2eq annually, and diversity and human capital development indicators (such as a 19.1% ratio of female managers) are also disclosed and managed.
